Description
The BTS7960 43A High-Power H-Bridge Motor Driver Module is an industrial-grade electronic power controller designed to govern the speed and direction of heavy-duty brushed DC motors. Built around two Infeneon BTS7960 high-current chips configured into a full H-bridge, it operates as a heavy thermal dissipation unit capable of handling immense current paths. It is the gold standard driver module for high-load projects like RS-775 motors, combat robots, electric wheelchairs, and automated agricultural machinery.

  • Massive Current Capacity: Handles up to 43A peak current surge, allowing it to easily drive large high-torque motors without burning out.
  • Complete Microcontroller Isolation: Utilizes a 74HC244 chip to optically/electrically isolate incoming 5V microcontroller signals from high-voltage motor feedback loops. 
  • Massive Aluminum Heatsink: Outfitted with a thick pre-installed aluminum block heat exchanger that actively pulls thermal energy away from the driver FETs. 
  • Real-Time Diagnostics: Includes active over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection with error flag outputs.
