Description

While sharing the exact same physical form factor and 40 kHz acoustic performance as the classic HC-SR04, the “P” variant features an upgraded internal hardware controller that natively supports dual 3.3V and 5V logic operating levels. This eliminates the risk of frying the delicate pins of a Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or STM32 board with old 5V return signals. It is the ultimate choice for smart robotics navigation, contactless fluid level tracking, and compact IoT presence sensors.

  • Native 3.3V & 5V Compatibility: Works out of the box with both legacy 5V Arduinos and modern 3.3V microcontrollers without requiring extra logic level converter boards. 
  • Precision Distance Tracking: Measures distance accurately from 2 cm out to 400 cm with a high-accuracy sensing resolution down to 3 mm. 
  • Drop-In Hardware Upgrade: Shares the identical 4-pin layout (VCC, Trig, Echo, GND) and structural mounting shape as the classic sensor, allowing you to instantly upgrade existing project enclosures. 
  • Light-Independent Acoustics: Uses high-frequency sound waves rather than optical beams, allowing it to measure distances perfectly in pitch-black rooms or under harsh sunlight.
