1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, or invoices are missing.
  • The product falls under non-returnable categories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Special order items
  • Customized products
  • Software, licenses, or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your order details.
  2. Share clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our support team will verify the request and provide return instructions.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect products shipped

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears tampered with or items are missing:

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all packaging materials and invoice copies for verification.
